ONLINE & PHONE PURCHASES
All
custom work -- Rubber Stamps, Embossers, Personalized Novelties, Signage (ANY of Our
Brands) and the
like, by nature are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Our suppliers may,
at their discretion, be able to assist in fixing a
problem (such as replace a defective rubber stamp die in a rubber stamp or missing parts at their
discretion).
We would like to be given a chance to make good on any problem for you.
All
returns or adjustments must be made within 10 days of receipt of product and require a simple phone call to All Braille at
877-310-4361 for further
instructions. All returns require prior authorization. All-Braille is not
responsible for return costs incurred . All-Braille is
not responsible for returned goods lost in transit, that responsibility relies
solely with the shipping carrier.

have asked about our Credit Card payment processor Pay Pal.
In order to be able to process credit cards in -house and online, (and
we do accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Discover Card and have an e-check capability) we chose
Pay
Pal (an E-Bay company), part of the Wells Fargo Bank family, as they fit our
philosophy the best. They offer secure transactions online (128bit
encryption) on a secure server for your safety or you can pay by phone, fax or
mail. If you encounter any problems
with the payment system Online or just want to PAY BY PHONE CALL US at 877-310-4361.
We also can send an electronic
invoice that includes a 'BUY NOW' button that will allow an instant payment to
us. This saves time in ordering. Remember, you can call us to pay by
credit or debit card.
Note:
Pay Pal on certain transactions requires preauthorization before shipping to
meet their shipping requirements. All-Braille will notify you if this policy is
enacted on its rare occasion..
